Aromasoft reserves all copyright, trademark, patent, intellectual property and other property rights in respect of the information contained in the Platform and available by any means in this Platform.

It is strictly forbidden to use, reproduce or print without authorization the information, materials and private property rights contained in the Platform.

The Users are prevented from pirating or trying to pirate the Platform security, including for example without limitation:

• Access to data not prepared for this user or log in to a server or an account that the user is not authorized to access.

  
  

• Try to find, check or test the points of weakness of a certain communications system or network, or pirate the security or authentication measures without proper authorization.

  
  

• Try to obstruct a service provided to any user, host or communication network, including, for example without limitation, the means of virus transmission to the platform or by way or increasing download or overload on the platform or sending spam emails to it or dumping its email, or causing failure of the platform.

  
  

• Send spam email, including the promotional / advertising offers for products or services.

  
  

• Forge any header of the data package of transmission control protocol/ internet protocol (TCP / IP) or any part of the header information in any email or e-forum.

  
  

Aromasoft shall investigate, take and follow up all legal procedures and cooperate with the security authorities in the country if the system or communication network security are pirated, and the users involved in these piracies shall be traced and made to hold the civil and criminal liability.
